Maison Kojira is a Bangkok-based independent food house producing small-batch culinary salts and non-alcoholic beverages.
We work with mineral salts, fermentation, ageing, citrus, saffron, black garlic, mushrooms, tea, and botanicals to create precise food products for cooks, hosts, chefs, wellness spaces, and gourmet retail.
Our current focus is culinary salts, including mineral finishing salts and aromatic salts made with ingredients such as preserved lemon, saffron, fermented mushrooms, and black garlic. Maison Kojira also develops non-alcoholic beverages, including iced tea, kombucha, and future botanical drinks.
