JEJE FOODS is a food science consultancy in Chiang Mai, Thailand, led by Dr. Kanjapach Boontranurak. We help food entrepreneurs, restaurants, SMEs and manufacturers develop recipes and turn product ideas into practical production plans.
Our work includes sauce and seasoning formulation, food quality troubleshooting, shelf-life study planning, standard recipes, production procedures and cost control. We also support central-kitchen planning, production scale-up and OEM coordination. Projects can begin with small trial batches, with attention to recipe confidentiality and the needs of each business.
